AutoEDU MSCR01 Diesel Trainer Overview
Diesel Engine Control System CR/EDC 15 Educational Trainer MSCR01 with Bosch EDC 15C3-4.1 ECU delivers hands-on training in diesel injection diagnostics. Featuring OEM components, fault simulation, and OBD connectivity, it equips students to master fuel analysis, injection patterns, and overall system efficiency.
AutoEDU MSCR01 | How It Works
The trainer integrates four real injectors, a high-pressure pump, and measuring cylinders. Its control board includes a full wiring diagram, banana plugs for fault simulation, and a digital voltmeter for live monitoring of coolant, fuel, and EGR signals. Realistic operation is achieved through a working accelerator pedal, sensors, turbo controls, and glow plugs.
AutoEDU MSCR01 | Injector Fault Simulation
Using the wiring board and banana plugs, students can disconnect injectors, detect failures, and restore the system. Exercises include OBD diagnostics, replicating real workshop procedures for mastering diesel injector troubleshooting.
AutoEDU MSCR01 | OBD Actuator Testing
Students practice using OBD scanners to test actuators such as the EGR valve. The integrated voltmeter displays real-time electrical changes, combining theoretical knowledge with practical diagnostics.
AutoEDU MSCR01 | Mass-Air Flow Sensor Testing
The MSCR01 includes an OEM mass air flow sensor and B25 air temperature sensor. Students measure live signals and observe how airflow changes affect voltage, learning how the ECU adjusts critical engine parameters.
The MSCR01 Diesel Trainer provides real-world experience with diagnostics, fault simulation, OBD tools, and sensor testing—preparing students for ASE certification and modern diesel service.
