BSD: What were you looking for from an educational technology tool?

At Hopeworks, we needed an educational technology solution that could bridge the gap between technical content and human-centered instruction. Specifically, we were looking for a tool that would support the level of technical dexterity required in our Training Rooms—even when the person leading the session was more of a "people person" than a technical expert. We wanted to ensure that Training Room Leads & Interns could confidently deliver complex content without needing to be coding gurus themselves.
